Management

Management of each company within the group is devolved to individual managers with many years experience in fish farming. This plays a vital role in ensuring the policies and strategies of the group are innovative and forward looking yet realistic.

All day to day decisions concerning production and sales are made by company managers, ensuring awareness and proactively on the sea sites as well as in the marketplace. At the same time, there is considerable interchange of information between the companies, which allows the group to function very efficiently on the global stage.

Quality Control

All sea sites are located in carefully chosen sites where clean, clear well-oxygenated water continually flows through the rearing units. The groups farming programmed ensures the production of healthy fish. Highest quality feeds are chosen and considerable attention is paid to the type and source of raw materials.

Traceability

The companies within the Group are vertically integrated throughout the production process. Fingerlings are supplied from RIA 1 (Research Institute for Aquaculture No1) hatcheries produced in concrete tanks and weaning with performing quality dry pellet feed in Cat Ba island. This results in complete traceability from broodstock fish through egg to final market product.
